Our servers are custom-built and maintained in-house to offer optimum performance & security, whilst making redundancy our highest priority. After all it’s no use having high performance hardware, if a simple component failure can take the server offline, as such we make every effort to ensure that a power, network or disk failure, will not take the server offline, and moreover where possible, the fault will self rectify, resulting in as close to zero downtime as possible.

Network / Connectivity
In developing our hosted services, we knew the network we placed them on would be key, as such we’re using one of the UK’s premier tier 2 providers in order to assure the best service possible.
Linked to four tier one providers across the UK, with five core network POP’s and peering four separate Internet Exchange Points both in our base in Manchester, and in London, all based on top of the line high-end Cisco hardware.
As such we’re positioned on an incredibly low latency network with amazing fault tolerance, the team at our provider monitors, services and maintains this network 24/7, 365 days a year, without exception.
Each hosted environment is protected by enterprise SonicWall hardware firewalls and traffic analysers, which act as a first line of defense against any digital attack, and allow us to offer our customers peace of mind that their data and software is in good hands. Even this element of our operation is completely redundant, allowing for further hardware failure whilst maintaining service without drop in quality.
