"I just thought I would drop you a line to tell you how impressed I was with the level of customer support offered. We'd been having a problem which turned out to have been caused by WebMatrix and which was therefore not obvious to solve via the normal ticket channel. InstantASP ended up working me through it via MSN messenger, at 9pm the night before last.
